Wayne is deeply committed to his community, volunteering his time with organizations such as the Active 20-30 Club of U.S. & Canada, the CTE Foundation, Chops Teen Club, and the Boy Scouts of Marin. Through these efforts, he has taken on leadership roles and been honored with recognitions like Volunteer of the Year, Member of the Year, and the Northbay Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award.

A graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa, Class 31, Wayne has also served on various committees and boards of directors. In 2011, he was made an Honorary Member of the United States Army’s 75th Training Division—a reflection of his dedication to service and collaboration.
